Refunds and Redos
Our membership does include a money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our engraving service, we'll refund your payment for that month. We can’t refund projects but the membership includes unlimited redos on products you aren’t satisfied with at no extra cost. We have a no-questions-asked Cancellation after your first two months. After your second month you can cancel your VIP membership at any time with no penalties.
