RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At C4DLaserEngraving, we take pride in our custom laser-engraved products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 3 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items: Items that are not personalized or custom-made can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom laser-engraved products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized unless they are defective or incorrect.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at c4dlaserengraving@c4dlaserengraving.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
Return Process
If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by C4DLaserEngraving. For eligible non-custom items, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We cannot process returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
Products not reported within the specified timeframe.
Custom orders that meet the submitted specifications.
